Beautiful Celeste was at San Francisco Animal Care and Control and slated for euthanasia because there was no more room left in the shelter. The sweet girl was dumped there by her previous guardians because they were moving. They left this poor girl in the backyard her whole life.

Celeste is a husky mix, but only about 30 pounds. Even though she spent her 7 years of life in a yard with no shelter, she still loves people and willing to love again. Though she is shy, she is sweet and gentle. She gets along fine with other dogs and young people, but would prefer a calmer home that can make her feel safe.

Celeste deserves a warm home for the rest of her years where she can be carefree and doted on. Are you that special someone?
