Asia de Cuba

Check out some photos I shot a while back for Draft Magazine of some yummy beef-infused food at Asia de Cuba restaurant inthe Clift Hotel in  San Francisco.  This dish is Banana Rock Shrimp Mu Shu Wraps, which is made with Kirin beer. I had the pleasure of eating this dish after I took the photos (so lucky...) and I have to say - I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR MORE (hint hint)!!  If you've never eaten Mu Shu Wraps, basically there are little pancakes (like tortillas) that you stuff with sauce and filling (in this case, the shrimp with veggies mix on the side.  It was amazing.... super flavorful and sweet with a little spice and saltiness, the corn gave it an extra sweetness that was just to die for...
