I ordered a Shootsac!s

I ordered a Shootsac today (see left). I decided to go with the more, classic "cowboy" version, as the other designs were all very flashy... This will be a great neutral addition to any kind of wedding day outfit! I'm tellin ya, Shootsac's are not, i said, NOT cheap. Shootsac's are made from neoprene aka wetsuit material.  I've been meaning to buy a wetsuit for a while now, as I really enjoy competing in triathlons and swimming in open water (woo hoo!)... but they are so damn expensive!!  I suppose this will be my substitute for the time being. I can't believe I bucked up to finally get one. Why? Because from what I've read, it makes carrying around lenses easier than dragging around your entire camera bag and other accessories that you may not need. Also, I just shot a wedding last night and I did NOT want to carry around my 25lb camera case all night and I ended up putting my alternate lens in my pocket which was not the best idea... at least when this bag comes I'll never have to do that again. And lastly, there aren't any other options out there besides bulky boring rectangular shaped cases and refrigerator-shaped camera backpacks. NO THANKS. ...Maybe someday I will come out with my own line of dream camera bags... watch out Jessica Claire! Anyhow, I'd SOOO rather wear something light and simply designed and NOT kill my back... so I'm pretty excited for my new bag to come!! There is also a sweepstakes that ended today (one of the reasons I ordered) so hopefully I'll be lucky and win... hehe.
