Levi’s Proposal | San Francisco Engagement Photographer

I had the great honor of shooting an actual proposal! Levi and his girlfriend flew up from southern California to visit San Francisco. ...Little did she know that he would be popping the big question. The proposal would happen on the pier at Chrissy Field, right near the Golden Gate Bridge. It was the perfect place -- the bridge on one side, the city on the other... totally up close and personal. I dressed "down" and tried to blend into the scenery with the fishermen and tourists with cameras and patiently awaited their arrival. Then I saw them coming and got ready for some action!! It all happened so quickly... one moment they were walking then suddenly he was down on his knee... so I started snapping away, hoping that his fiancée didn't notice me shooting. The whole thing was very sweet, especially the moment when she turned around and saw her family standing there. ...The sun was setting, the light was warm and everyone's faces were glowing.
