Rescue Me: Jeannie the Terrier Mix

I met Jeannie this evening for a quick photoshoot to spice up her online profile page. Jeannie's a little terrier mix from Muttville Senior Dog Rescue with a wild 'do! Still shy and timid, Jeannie is starting to really come around. I was warned by her foster mom before we started that she might hide or run away, but luckily she didn't run far (and her tail was even wagging!).  She knows her name and came bopping over to me when I called her, and she's very treat motivated! I was able to snap these few shots in the few seconds that Jeannie came near me before running away. Jeannie has a lot of spunk underneath those worried eyes.

Though Jeannie still prefers to hide away from stangers, she is a real sweetheart and very loyal. Jeannie is a younger senior at 7 years of age and has a lot of spunk, however she is not a fan of walking on leash.
