Shooting for CRAVE
As many of you know, I've been a little obsessed with twitter these days. Not only is it an amazing tool to get connected with people and spread the good word about whatever you're doing, but it's also a great way to be found!
A few weeks ago I got a DM (direct message) from someone from CRAVE about participation in a new book featuring Bay Area woman-owned businesses. I immediately jumped at it and wanted to find out more! So I spoke to the woman and I was invited to be one of the book's photographers! Yay! So I've been spending the last few weeks visiting different woman-owned businesses in the Bay Area taking photos of their stores and themselves. It's been a total blast and I've met so many awesome local people!
The San Francisco book is going to be available this summer in national retailers like Borders and Barnes and Noble. (and I will be in it too!) I'll be posting some of the shoots on my blog in the next few weeks, stay tuned!
Here's a shot of what the books look like, they're really cool! To find out more about Crave, visit www.craveparty.com
