Straits Restaurant | San Francisco Food Photographer

I got to shoot some photos of Straits Restaurant in San Francisco for Draft Magazine a while back. I was waiting until the issue was out to blog about it... the photos appeared in the May issue. Straits is a swanky restaurant in the posh Westfield Shopping Center in downtown San Francisco.  The owner/chef Chris Yeo specializes in Singaporean cuisine and established the restaurant in 1987. The dish photographed below is the Original Seabass - Baked in parchment with ginger, longan, shitake mushrooms and rice wine.
