Mi ACLU Estamos Unidos: Day 1, City 3 – Fresno

After our drive down from Stockton to Fresno, we set up shop at the Save Mart Center to try to reach people headed to the Mana concert. Mana is Mexican a pop rock band who has been around for more than 30 years.... kind of like the equivelant of the Rolling Stones of Mexico. View all photos from the tour: CLICK HERE We stopped for our first gas fill-up.  This is a diesel-only van. Here's the team!  We also had a bunch of volunteers from the local chapter come out to help petition. The line was very long and continued to grow.  People LOVE this band... I thought the street lamps in the parking lot were interesting.... Omg, I was standing with this petitioner when this lady and her bacon wrapped hot dog cart rolled up.  Holy crap did they ever smell good... I was sooo ready to buy one but we were about to eat dinner as a group so I didn't want to ruin my appetite. 🙁  Hopefully I'll eat one of these bad boys before we leave CA... The sunset was amazing, the whole sky looked like a giant rainbow...
